Free Full top gun. This need to place a female as a pilot is ridiculous. But i knew they would inflict this to us in top gun 2. In my opinion tom cruise gets better and better as he is aging. plus he still looks early 40s. This guy is a legend. REALLY important for the upcoming Top Gun 2, I know they have stressed on no cgi (and so far from the trailers I am VERY pleased) but if there are any dogfight scenes I hope they follow the same example and not use CGI for the explosions and rather use practical effects (such as blowing up model planes) like they did here.

This is a movie that welcomes cheesiness for all the right reasons, and it redefined what a summer blockbuster could be and what audiences liked in an action film. Newcomers and younger generations will find this hard to believe, but people who grew up in the 80s understand that the movie doesn"t have just one, two, or three memorable lines and dialogue; nope- the whole entire movie can be memorized- that is, every single line from beginning to end. It"s one of those movies that will never get old. Like many, I probably have seen it over 200 times since 1986. It had to be one of the most rented and shown on TV films from the late 80s to 90s on both basic cable and cable, and it is always a fun watch. Just pure entertainment that never lets up.

Tom Cruise is the hardest working in the business still. He continuously puts out quality films, and has his hands on production from start to finish. Still doing stunts at 50+ much respect. Tom Cruise is colloquial with the word Hollywood in 3rd world countries, period. For 33 years he finally did the covra manuever.
